Christopher Griffiths has been representing clients in Maryland for almost 20 years. After being admitted to the practice of law in 1991, he joined the litigation firm of Roberts & Wood in Prince George’s County, Maryland, where he became a partner in 1995.
Mr. Griffiths represents clients in criminal matters in the state and federal courts of Maryland. He is an accomplished trial attorney, who has handled hundreds of cases in matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including narcotics, sex offenses, robberies and homicides.
He is also experienced in criminal appeals and post conviction matters. A case documented in a Washington Post article entitled Defendant Acquitted of Murder After Serving Twelve Years, demonstrates Mr. Griffiths’ versatility as both an appellate and trial attorney. He has been recognized as one of D.C. Top Criminal Lawyers by Washingtonian magazine every year since 2011.
